Leading Operations

  • Own the day-to-day execution of the business to ensure systems run smoothly and consistently

  • Maintain high standards across scheduling, staffing, systems, and client experience

  • Ensure the facility operates efficiently, professionally, and at a high level every day

Driving Sales & Growth

  • Lead the sales process from first contact to onboarding, ensuring a strong and professional experience

  • Support membership growth and retention through systems, follow-up, and accountability

  • Work with ownership to execute growth initiatives and performance goals

Developing People & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and develop staff to perform at their best

  • Uphold and reinforce Movement Fitness’ core values and standards
