We expect a coach who shows up prepared, energetic, and professional every day. You will communicate clearly, coach with confidence, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every client. You should take pride in your coaching, care deeply about people, and be committed to continual growth. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset, along with the ability to adapt quickly and coach a wide range of fitness levels—especially adults 40+.

This is a full-time coaching role with a consistent schedule that includes early mornings and evenings, with some flexibility depending on client needs. Coaches should be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working peak training hours while supporting a strong client experience.

Movement Fitness offers a stable, full-time coaching career—not a side hustle. You’ll be part of a supportive team with clear systems, strong leadership, and a mission bigger than fitness. Our clients value coaching, and our culture is built around people, growth, and results.
